Winterizing in Las Vegas

I am a newbie living in Las Vegas who will be storing my trailer outdoors this winter. I plan to use it the last week in December to go to in-laws in California for a week. When I return to Las Vegas the trailer will sit from the first week in January until about the February 10th when I will take it to Austin, Texas.

Can anyone familiar with Las Vegas weather in December and January recommend how far I should go in winterizing my trailer.

When Jackson Center winterizes trailers, they blow out the water, empty the water heater, and that's pretty much it.
