Winterizing

As winter is almost here, its time to winterize...Any ideas on the easiest way
to get this done? I will probably be using it a couple of times during the winter, so I will have to do it multiple times.
Thanx for any help.

More than one way to skin the cat but this is what I do:
1. Drain the tanks, lines and low point drains
2. Use the water pump inlet to pump RV antifreeze. (kit makes this easy)
3. Open faucets till antifreeze comes out, pour a little in sink and shower drains
4. Water heater bypass will save you a lot of time, and work

You'll need to add this water heater by-pass kit from Camco. Installs on your pump connections. Will suck the RV Anti Freeze through the system. http://www.camco.net/product/pump-co...ing-kit-10271/ It was an easy mod for me....I did have to raise up the pump about 1/2" to clear the bottom board...see post 84 http://www.airforums.com/forums/f516...-139457-6.html

Then read from post 135 as Kaunut had a bit of a work around.
