Where to store TT in High Rockies - Colorado

Just moved to Breckenridge, CO. Looking to store our 27FB with ability to get away during the winter. Most likely destinations are southern Arizona and California. Definitely do not want to store trailer here in Summit County as it is too expensive, will get buried in snow, and will be dangerous to drive over any of the passes in winter.

Currently have the trailer stored at RV park in Fairplay on the other side of Hoosier Pass, but after discussing with locals, the weather is not that much "fairer" in winter and will still have to deal with adverse driving conditions on Rt. 285.

Thinking of storing the trailer further west on I-70 on Western Slope. Anyone have experience and suggestions for storing trailer in Eagle, Edwards, Glenwood Springs, Grand Junction with ability to get out in winter for a few weeks?

I prefer responses and recommendations based on actual experience, not advice. Thank you!
