Great pad. Lucky dog. I live in FL where any RV in almost any neighborhood is taboo anymore. I started hunting two years ago. I will soon be losing my storage facility and will be looking fervently again. Interesting that people can have boats in some places but not trailers or motorhomes. My community allows nothing outside but non lettered cars or trucks in the driveway and no building of structures or slabs. Count your blessings Pharmboy er Pharmgeek! It will be a nice home for your AS.

- I will need a permit to construct the pole barn in spring - but luckily that will likely be no prob I'm told by my contractor

Also this location is out of view mostly from neighbors - so it works out pretty ideal - we are getting psyched -

Put little baby and toddler footprints and date as well in concrete

Your property tax will go up...

The trailer will almost follow the same track as the truck, so the cul de sac should not be a problem.
I have to get off the highway onto the service road. Then go into a funeral home parking lot, into an alley, and into a bank parking lot. Then back down the alley behind the house around the fence at the back of the funeral home. If I put it by the house it is a tight 90 degree turn that requires at least a couple of times backing up and pulling forward to wiggle and finagle and adjust to get it in- I am considering making my pad and shed on an angle like a campground site to make it easier to back in.
When leaving, I pull out of the alley into the bank parking lot and onto a side street that requires me to turn left on a 4-lane divided highway with no traffic signal. Fun, fun...
I try to time my coming and going on weekends, after hours, and early mornings when there are no funerals and the bank employees are all gone home.
