Glad I live in the county. I don't have to ask anyone's permission as to what I do to my property.

It was once Grandma's house. She actually enjoyed living in a gated retirement community. It's not so bad, but they DO have some rules. (Even as to what color the house can be)

Great place -close to Lake Ouachita, Lake Nimrod, Lake Hamilton, Oaklawn Park (if you like the ponies), Scenic Hwy 7, the Ouachita River, Ola, Danville, and the boyhood home of Bill Clinton (and me). I am dreaming of going to NW Arkansas to Devil's Den to see what it looks like these days.

Devil's Den is pretty close to the top of our favorite places to camp.

If you get a chance, ask for site 65. Then in descending order, 62, 60 and 56.

Nice. Be careful diving in there! It looks kinda shallow

So gonna have a retaining wall at rear?

Sweet!!! If they got the concrete truck in there, the AS should fit just fine. Take pics from vantage points to size it up if they still there!

The big truck backed in easily - one side barely deformed grass - more distal side deformed about 3 inches deep - not terrible - I will have to repair that a bit later - or - do pavers or something....

I was worried about the left to right slope a bit - but after watching the big truck hit it I am not at all worried

And my trailer is NOT as heavy as that truck loaded with 7 yards of mixed concrete so all looks well

And it's *almost* a straight shot - I slight turn right to left back toward house is needed - it's subtle - backing should be not bad

Ps - will a 30 footer be able to actually do a 180 turn in a culdasac? My TV can do it easy - eyeballing it I think it will - ill swing around 180 then back in - straitening up and back it in ....my driveway is steep so cannot use it to turn around
