I realize you have concrete to anchor the cover, do you have knowledge on how they would anchor it on a gravel floor and how secure it would be?

This is a picture of our "Airport". It is situated on limestone gravel. The installer drove long bars through the frame down into the ground to secure the cover. We have had it up since 2008 with no problems.

About shade for the front. I have a " tarp " that is really like a screen. It is meant to give you shade, but allow airflow while camping. It has eyelets for bungies to hold it down. As an added plus, you could bring it camping. They come in different colors and sizes, mine is green to match my awning
Perhaps you could get some for the sides as well. Stealthness, privacy, and keep snow from drifting in the structure.

While I am spending your money....how about a shed in the back for camping gear, motion detector light, outdoor carpet, electrical outlet, hose bib, portable gas grill, picnic bench, stereo system, television, bar, and wifi ?
