Roof mildew/mold removal

This is a 2015 FC stored outside under trees. What is best/safest product for removing mildew from roof? I just used a solution of Clorox (Penetrator) but wonder if there is a safer product that can be sprayed on and washed off.

I am very interested in your question and surprised to find no response whatsoever! I too have some mold/moss on my 2015 FC after a winter in the Northwest and wondered about the safest product to use. I am sure bleach would work, but how might that affect the finish, other sealants, and various components? Is vinegar solution safer? Special profucts?

We cheat by paying to store ours under a roof anytime we're not using it.

Will still be interested in an answer, though. Have you tried Airstream customer service to see what they recommend?

Hi, now that we live in Oregon, where it is almost always wet, my trailer is turning green. My roof is the worst area. How can I clean my trailer in one day without hard labor? This neighbor hood is almost complete so flying dirt from construction should be over. Pollen was also a huge problem on my trailer.

Not sure how it would work on the clear coat, but years ago on my father's boat the standard for mildew cleanup was a mild solution of Tide soap, vinegar, and water in a bucket, and then scrub with a soft brush.

Being it was usually on the ceiling in the cabin, it was not a pleasant job.

Maybe a pressure washer?
