Roof Collapse

Well the snow in Western PA finally took it's toll. As we were getting ready to head south for spring break we found our Bounder MH buried under snow, wood, and roofing materials. Four MH's, boats, and other trailers lay under the debris with untold damage. I'm glad we had our AS stored at another location or it no doubt would have been flattened. Now we begin the excavation.

Ouch....Sorry to hear about the losses. Glad your AS wasn't in there too.

Wow- soooo glad your Airstream wasn't in there! We too live in western PA and own an insurance agency- many roof collapses going on around here. 13 barns in our county in one month collapsed- that's a record! My husband put on his climbing harness and anchored to the pickup truck to climb onto our garage roof to shovel off the snow. We found it better to leave most of the trailers outside- because they are unrestored there wasn't much more damage that could come to them- and just let them get buried in the snow instead of a collapse like that.
