Preservation

Hopefully getting my first AS soon. I'm looking as to what my best option would be for protecting my trailer. Obviously a dedicated structure would be ideal but not an option. Covers are available but I've read they will damage the airstream surface. What are your thoughts as to how to protect while not in use?

Covering the Airstream will cause damage, all rightó you can't get the cover pulled tight enough to keep it from flapping in the wind, and as the cover moves it works like sandpaper to take off the clear-coat. Not to mention that it traps condensation and prevents you from ventilating properly to control mold and mildew. BUT, covering the tires is certainly possible, and I recommend it. UV exposure will kill your tires before their time.
