Partial Dewinterizing

My AS is going in for service next week. I was going to have teck, go under back mattress and change bypass valves. I thought I would leave all pink stuff in and use campground bathrooms. This first trip is really just a two night get away. Do u think pipes would still be ok if I didn't, drain, flush or use? Where I live we have potential for a few cold nights. oR, i could set it all up and run a heater( electric) 24/7. We are close with Spring, but not there yet.

If it has been winterized all winter, you could just drain the pink and leave it to flush when you get to your destination. It is not necessary to leave the lines full of anti-freeze. The water that was in there last fall will already be diluted/displaced so no freezing in valves, faucets will occur. Draining will prevent a mess when the tech opens up the system for valve replacement.

I drained, flushed and sanitized in anticipation for my Friday departure. Now it was 20* last night and going to be 10* tonight. I am running the furnace and keeping it above 50* inside. I did drain it again and am leaving the low points and fresh drain open, in case of drips collecting there and freezing.
