Low point drain petcock spins

hello, I am attempting to open my cold water low point petcock on a 2008 classic for winterizing purposes......the handle just spins and I can't get it open. Does anyone have instructions on how to get it open? If I need to replace I can get a new one but how does it come out? Hoping I can get it open to winterize and I can order a new part as necessary for next yr. Thanks for any help in advance. Jim

On the valve, is there a screw that secures the handle to the stem? If so, see if tightening that screw helps.

If the ears just spin on the stem, you'll have to replace it. All it is is a radiator petcock you can get from any auto parts store (yay! something cheap and easy to get for a change!). You should find two "spots" for wrenches, just hold the one closest to the trailer, and unscrew the one furthest away.
