Jacking up my Airstream

I will be keeping my unit in one place for about 3 months. Do I need to jack it up to get weight off the axle or keep my tires from getting a flat spot?

I don't feel that it is a "must", but it would be better.

Today's tires typically don't develop flat spots if inflated correctly.
It isn't the weight that causes the torsion axle to deteriorate. It's the fact that they are not flexed by traveling. 3 months is not a long time to sit.
You might consider some kind of pad under the tires to separate them from the concrete or dirt they are in contact with. Box stores sell pads that connect together like a jig saw puzzle. 4 of them (2 per side) should work nicely.
