Would love to have covered storage. But try to get some of that in Northern New Jersey. If I could find it I'd go bankrupt!

What a difference a couple of days of warm weather can make. Right now, I feel that the loading on the AS is about half of what it was when I started this thread. My concerns are pretty small now compared to the concerns of nearby folks in Severn Bridge that are facing rising river levels and potential flooding... in February!
This has been one crazy winter. [emoji15]
