I know, a building for any need. A handy person can easily build from any of the plans. I am thinking of building the large granary. You never know when you might need something like that.

BAB -- I really like the carport and the way it blends with the other building. Very nice. Something like that was my fallback position in case we couldn't build our garage the way we did.

I feel really fortunate that I didn't have to deal with a HOA or some code issue. Having handy access to my trailer is wonderful, and because I was able to put in a 30 Amp box, water and a sewer connection, it can (and has) done double duty as an occasional extra set of guest quarters when the house is full. I made the building long enough so I could put a 30' trailer in there (heh, heh). And, it can easily be finished on three sides with matching cedar siding and a garage door. OH, and my two basset hounds LOVE going out there when it's warm. The cement slab stays very cool and they sack out under the trailer where it's peaceful, quiet, and a place to watch for a stray bunny!

There are an infinite number of plans but it really depends on what you want and the space you have to build a shop/garage. I can design what I want but my pocket book can't afford it.
