fresh water drain cap stuck

tried to unscrew brass t-handle cap various ways without breaking the plastic threads and causing a leak in the tank. taping softley with ball pean, penetrating oil. Any other ideas?

Not sure what yours looks like. I made up this special tool to add a bit of leverage without destroying the tap.
