de-winterizing problem

I de winterized the water heater, and filled the tank.. that went well, the electric works, the gas works, everying should be hunky dory, but for the miserable fact that the bathroom sink faucet no decides that any water passage is a bad thing. A mere trickle comes out.. It was the first faucet I opened to test the hot system...
The faucet is a pull up type Moen.

What did I do to it?????

How do I fix it???

The bathroom picture in my gallery shows the faucet type.

Is the screen on the faucet blocked with "gunk"?

Theo,
Check to make sure the aerator device, which screws on the faucet opening, is not clogged with gunk. Unscrew it and clean it, and then try again. In fact, take it out and try the faucet with it out. You will know immediately it that is it. The Moen faucet has a cartridge water control device. If you need to change that, go to Home Depot or a plumbing supply shop and the can show you how to change it. Good luck. Jeff

I don't know.. I will check - I did not actually know there was a screen on the faucet.. I wish i could do it right now, but I am not at home - so I have to wait until later..

Thank you for the suggestion.
