OMG..So true. If a divorce attorney ever wants to drum up some business, just hang out at the ramp for an hour or so.

Ted there's at least one new RV storage place (this year) by us with power, water etc. and it filled up quickly. I believe they have plans to expand, in this part of SW Florida every storage facility capable of handling an RV is full from Xmas to Easter. Most of these places offer no elect. water, or shade and get top prices. I could see where a storage place that's not set up for RV's could get dangerous. We're lucky we keep ours at home in the shade. --Mark--

Yea, I've been on those boat ramps....and yer right....it is free entertainment.

Too bad you're out west, it'd be great to see these units once they are built.

Not to worry. Once the grading is done, and the construction trailer is in place, I will have a live cam to show the construction progress.

I have one on my house at Mammoth Lakes Ca that I have been testing.

That's too funny. I live near Warner and PCH. I must drive by Mothers at least five times a day. It isn't what it used to be. Remeber the great music they used to have there. Well, the owner threw out the old tennant and tried to duplicate the "vibe". He never pulled it off. It is just another shack along PCH now. Sad.

Jack passed away about 5 years ago. The restaurant is still one of the top places in So Cal. At least that has not changed.
