Can't locate low point drain values

I have just purchased a '94 Excella 1000 34 footer with rear queen. I can see the hoses for the low point drains behind the center wheel on the curb side but I have not been able to find the valves to open for draining the lines.

According to the owners manual they are underneath the microwave cabinet etc etc but I have not been able to locate them.

Any help much appreciated.
