Anyone interested in Denver covered storage?

We have learned the hard way that the Colorado Front Range is the second most hail-prone area in the US (after Florida). The storage lot ours is in has ample proof of this - Airstreams and others - from a storm last summer.

Before we have our Airstream repaired/replaced, we are toying with the idea of creating a small number (<10) of covered bays in the country south of Denver (outside Parker). Word of mouth says covered storage here is essentially nonexistent. We have at least one lead on a property owner that is interested.

Obviously this is a ways off - earliest 1Q2016 - but if you are interested let me know (and your size requirements). Our goal is not excessive profit, just covering costs, low liability, etc.
