A place in NJ for the full monte?

Hi all

We currently have our caravel stored at a friends place. However, its probably not the ideal place to do a full monte restore, though we are doing bits slowly as we can. We are not planning on taking the outer shell off, mostly interior stuff (replace kitchen, add a gray tank etc..) so it doesnt have to be undercover (though that would be great)

So we are looking for somewhere near Princeton NJ to park our 17 ft caravel where we can work on it over the weekends. Does anyone know of anywhere in the area we could do it? Obviously we are willing to pay well for a good spot.
