I also use the Fastway.

When I need to level one side, I use these heavy duty pads to create a platform under and between the tires. The Fastway rests on the pads between the tires. Very stable and secure.

We use the Anderson leveler on one side, and the Fastway on the other.

?? How do you position the leveling pads? The bottom pads need to be facing same direction, right? So that means the Fastaway chocks can not get a grip on the front tire, from my observance, which is why we use the X-chocks. Do you have a picture of your Fastaway set up on the levelers? you can share?

As I mentioned, the X-chocks are an issue when the tire is wet and your on an angle. Once your set up level, they work fine; just make sure to tighten to avoid any movement when level.

My gizmo for soft ground,(all ground really), 3/4 marine ply with stops to keep the lego's from moving as you back on.
Like me all my stuff is old, it just works better. 😂

My experience is like Bgibbs. I wrenched them on as tightly as I could with my own 17mm ratchet (the wrench that came with it was junk.) I parked it on my wild 40 and was installing a little security. I went back some weeks later and forgot to remove them. I found them about two feet from where they were installed. Maybe they keep the AS from rolling, but they certainly don't stop it from being stolen.
