Where do I find replacement BAL stabilizers

Hello - I need two replacement BAL stabilizers for my '75 trade wind. I have three questions I hope you can help me with.

1. I can only find black powder coat versions online, can anyone suggest where I can purchase original silver/aluminum ones instead?

2. when the manufacturers say "20 Inch" does that mean the length of the stabilizer bar that swings down or is that the mounting bracket length.

3. do I need to replace the stabilizers with the same size as I had before?

Thanks!

I also slightly bent my two rear ones. Should have lifted the stabilizers before raising the jack to hook it up. Realized right away, but it was too late. I ordered a set of 4 from Highskyrvparts.com

https://highskyrvparts.com/New-Airst...et-of-4-400093

They had a picture of the ones that everyone else was out of. What they sent me was this

https://highskyrvparts.com/New-Airst...-401027-401027

When I called them, they informed me the original ones we no longer available. They told me if these can't be mounted, they will let me return them.

Looks like these are the ones used on 2017 and up models. They are black and look to be much stronger than the original ones. I have an appointment with Colonial RV for some other work on Nov 4th and am going to see if they can mount these on our 2014 FC 27FB Twin.

I assume that they will need to drill new holes to mount these. If they can get these to mount, I will post pics of the new stabilizers.

Won't know for another month.

For anyone who is interested, I have 3 of the original stabilizers from my '73 Tradewind for sale. They are the BAL 400093 with the long shaft, 27# each.

Broken Stabilizer

Did you ever sell those jacks? If you still had them, I'd buy two. Thanks, Kevin

I painted my stabilizers bright red using POR-15 paint. Looks great. POR-15 comes in silver too.
