What brand of jack is this?

Does anyone know what type of jack this is? It came off my 1972 Safari. The motor works fine but the bottom arm looks to be rusted and won't move up, I can extend it with a wrench but can't retract it. Looking to possibly just buying the bottom half, if that's still possible.

Looks like it's missing a cover, or else the switch was designed to be free-floating.

New jacks aren't all that expensive; finding just the bottom part is likely to be a real issue.
