Vintage Stabilizer Jacks...

I have a set of four of them, presumably original from my '62. Are they worth anything/would anybody want such a thing or should they take a trip to the scrap yard?

Also, the mostly polished door from the fridge access.

I wouldn't pitch them. Both could be sold for some gas money. Or you could place them in the classifieds here and see if anyone wants them.

The jack may be period correct however I do not believe it is an Airstream made item. I like them as well, if I lived close by I would swing by to get them.

I saw a set of 4 of those exact jacks under a 69 Bambi II this past weekend at the NJ State Rally. I'm sure somebody wants them. Sal.

Just for comparison, here's a set of cast aluminum jacks of the same type. Found these the same place I bought my set back in the 1980s, Sears: Husky Husky 70045 Heavy-Duty Aluminum Stacker Jack - Set of 4 - Tools - Mechanics & Auto Tools - Lift Equipment & Jacks

At $71.69 for new ones, someone should be interested.

We use those jacks instead of the crank down stabilizers on the Airstream. I think they provide better stability since they are positioned further out on the frame. I paid $40 for the set we have. If the door doesn't sell here put it on Ebay - someone will want it I'm sure.
