Question stabilizing jacks

my 72 overalnder has two stabilizing jacks bolted to the frame between the axles and the rear, curb and street side. one is missing it's jack screw and is held up by bailing wire and grace. are these oem or aftermarket? what is the best method for leveling, supporting and stabilizing the aft section while parked?
