Stabilizers

Good Day All,

Just reaching out for feedback on the newer AS stabilizer jacks. I have a 2016 19' Flying Cloud with the older scissor jacks. From day one, I questioned who designed them, where one had to get on their knees to reach under the trailer to find the screw to lowering them.

I'm considering having local AS, where I store mine, change them out for the newer stabilizers. I didn't think the price was bad at $736 materials/labor. Of course, they say, I should just upgrade my trailer. Yeah, right. I've already installed Zamp solar, upgraded the converter as the first died in the first year and upgraded the batts to (2) 6 volt system. My AS rep says he didn't like the trade-in value his manager was offering, so that ended that. Amazing they never bit when I noted I wanted to upgrade to a 23' Flying Cloud.

Anyway, I figure just keep upgrading mine so if I ever sell, it'll have better systems for someone new to AS.

Anyone with the new jacks have any issues?

Much Thanks.

For over two years I had a 2016 23' Intl Serenety. I used a drill with the socket attachment.

I do like the new ones on my 27' Just push two buttons. One for front and other for back.

Yes I like them.
