Rotochok-too small for business?

Am I crazy? I tried for 2 weeks to contact Rotochok and finally got through on the phone. The short story is that they are now a one woman shop; she does it all.
I am worried about spending that kind of money on something that may not fit, especially since my cold clearance is right between sizes. Then what about trying to get support in the future?
I like supporting small business but this just seems too small and distant.

I like supporting small business. However the small business has to support you as well because it isn't a one way street. If you are uncomfortable at this point in the buying process ...... well if it were me and it took longer than 24 hours to get an anwser to sales question, I would be looking at other sources or methods. Again that is me.

I was in the same boat. My new 23D was right at 6 1/2 between the wheels. I purchased the 6 1/2 to 7 1/4 Rotochok and they work great. It took a couple of weeks to get them, but well woth it.

One of the very first thing's that a fellow Airstream'er suggested when we bought our 27FB International was to get a set of RotoChok's. I doubt that I was the only one to hesitate because of the price. I recently decided to buy a set, and like others, I wouldn't be without them. I had upgraded the tires to the 16" Michelins, and with the spacing at 3 1/4", I was uncertain about which set to get (either M or ML). I called, got through immediately, and based on that discussion (with Stacey), I got the "M" size. The workmanship is great, and most importantly, they do the job so much better than any other product.

Funny because she suggested the ML for me with the same clearance. That gives me even more concern about ordering from her. I am sure they are good, but I just do not have a warm, fuzzy feeling about buying from her.

Larry,
The product is great and no complaint or service call about my 5-6 yr old rotochok yet or in future. Measure the distance btw your double axle tires and thats all the lady needs. I think rotochok is out of Delaware ( could be mistaken) and shouldn't be more than 3 days shipping to NC. The product is the neatest, most functional and cool looking easy on & off I have seen so far in most large Airstream rallies attended. Best wishes.

Yeah, but the lady told me to buy a ML and she told Chris to buy an M for the same clearance. If I follow her recommendation and have a problem and have to send it back....
