Recent experience with Rotochok?

Anyone have any recent experience with Rotochok? For a week I have been unable via voicemail or email to get a presales, size question answered. That is unusual in today's connected world so I am wondering if they are a viable business. There are certainly some good reports on them, although older posts. Thank you,
Larry

I bought a set about 3 months ago. I talked to the owner, who was getting a divorce from her husband and was taking the business over. She was prompt and the product is great.
Thanks,

Rick

Larry it is a small operation. That said I think they are great. Expensive compared to alternatives but very easy to use, relatively light. Did the order measured the way they suggest and got them in about a week when I placed my order.

OK, if they are a one woman shop I will have to be more patient. Thanks

I agree. Worth the hassle. When I bought mine for my previous airstream, I couldn't understand why she needed to know axle separation and tire size. But, the chock fit perfectly. Now I have a different airstream and the chocks don't fit as well. But the tires are different size and I haven't measured the axle separation. Bottom line, I'm really happy with my roto-chok. I would recommend to anyone even if there is a hassle to get it.

Same here, I gave them the distance between my new 16" tires and they fit perfect. I bought 2.
