Probably it's a ninety-nine percent chance the problem is with the raise/lower switch. Those switches handle huge, high-current voltage spikes when in use, and the contacts don't hold up to that.

This happened to us just yesterday when we picked up our trailer after a quick service. Fortunately for us it was just a fuse that blew. No matter though because you should be able to raise and lower the jack with the hand crank so you're never stuck somewhere.

If it were a blown fuse, then 'scroon' wouldn't have the light function on his power jack. The big money bet is still on a failed switch... the switch is the Achilles Heel of the power jacks; everybody should carry a spare.

We had a tool for hand cranking the jack provided to us with the delivery of our trailer. It looks like the tool for the stabilizer legs only smaller. I'll have to take a photo and share it.

Great it looks like the power jack has a slotted fitting as opposed to the hex head on the stabilizer legs

The switch in my '13 FC was failing randomly this summer. Before tracking down a new switch I disassembled the head and flushed out the switch with contact cleaner. Lot of fine debris came out with the fluid, and it's been fine since. Even though it appears to be sealed, looks like road dust still makes it in and coats the contacts.

The dealership told me the power jack was not under warranty . The trailer and jack are under two years old. I don't know why airstream uses vendors that won't warranty their product for more than one year. It gives me a bad taste for such an expensive trailer to not stand behind the products they use for their trailers

Scroon, I would contact Airstream directly and tell them your problem and that the dealer would not help you. They should stand behind the power jack.
Contact them and let us know what they say.

I did contact them and they told me to contact attwood which sold out to another company. I told airstream I shouldn't be put in the middle. It's a product I bought from them on their trailer for a lot of money and they should have rectified the situation.
I used the jack 13 times and now I had to pay my airstream dealer 400.00 for a replacement such bs
Poor customer service and not doing the right thing is going to bite them in the rear in the long run.

My $.02.
If you feel this is within the warranty policy, your resolution is with the company your exchanged funds for goods with. The vendor of the jack didn't sell you the product.
In the TV cop shows it's called follow the money.
