power jack

I just bought a Atwood 2500 pound power jack for my 77 Arogsy Minute. What I would like to know is how do I get to the battery. I am having some trouble with fishing the wire to the battery compartment. Could I wire it in to my car plug . I don't have any diagrm on how this is wired. I could use any help you all can give me thanks.

Argosy-1,

I'm not sure about wiring it in with your car wiring, but you should be able to follow the car wiring right into the fuse panel. I would recommend going to the fuse panel first as opposed to directly to the battery.

You might even have some vacant circuits available to isolate the jack.

Good Luck!

you could use the hot side of your break away switch as a source for the jack.
