New tires Jack Points
Wanted to ask the experts, I am getting new tires but only see 2 jack points on both sides, behind the rear wheel. I have 3 questions
1. Is it ok to raise both tires off the ground on one side using this one jack point?
2. Should I detach the TT from the TV when at the tire store
3 should I expect them to balance the wheels?

New tires Jack Points
Balance the tires. Insist on it. They may say it’s not necessary, if so, I’d go somewhere else...
Leave the tow vehicle hitched, in park, parking brake set, in a level area. Stay out of it while they are working.
Jack points will lift the trailer no issue.
Keep an eye on them so they don’t jack on your axle tubes. That will wreck the axle. If they try to do so, stop them and go elsewhere immediately.

On your dual-axle Airstream, you can change a tire without jacking the trailer up at all. You just pull one wheel up on a stack of blocks or a "trailer aid" ramp. The other tire is lifted off the ground.
When I got tires on my 2013 25FB, the tire shop was happy to have me do this--it eliminated the risk of them jacking it wrong. For our trailer, it takes a four-high stack of plastic blocks. We have enough to do both sides at once, so the shop can swap out two tires at a time.

For double axle Airstream trailers, the Trailer Aid is worth every nickel. Much better and safer than blocks. Makes changing tires a snap.

Tire Balancing
Have them use the stick on weights that go on the inside surface of the rim instead of the ugly hammer on lead weights that damage your rim when hammered on. Much neater appearance and no damaged edges.
