Easy install after friend tip to hook up to tv first. Need three star washers and only 2 hardware stores in my town did not have ANY (not a DIY town). So scratched paint under flat washers to ground and wrapped up and tested. Why did I wait to get this baby! Cleaning up I found the instruction card on the washers and, of course, the washers needed on the back. Thought about installing one at a time with jack down but decided to back up tv and do the smart way. Love the remote and looks damn good

I don't know. I got mine last year after the Attwood left me stranded. You can get grade 5 bolts at Lowe's and they're not expensive. You'll need a couple 12 ga. crimp connectors (yellow), a crimp tool, and about 15 minutes.
At first I thought the remote was goofy, until I used it to level the trailer from inside! Now I'm spoiled.
We know that those of us with Equalizer brand hitches, need to raise the trailer/truck combo to make it possible to slide the bars on to the "L" brackets, so 5000# doesn't look like overkill anymore.
