The folks at Inland feel they serve their customers better in person or live on the phone rather than have an issue with the wrong part or supply being ordered on line. I for one love to speak with them when I need stuff or just some information. Great customer service outfit IMHO! Ed

That is good, don't mind customer service. Hours of operation on the website would be helpful. I will keep trying!

They open up 9 am East Coast time even though they are on the West Coast and stay open till 6 West Coast time making it 9 pm East Coast time. VERY convenient hours if you ask me.
I agree on the customer service. If who ever you are talking to does not have an answer, they get the answer and call you back right away. I have mad respect for Andy and his entire staff!

We are open 7 am to 4 pm, west coast time, Monday thru Friday.

I usually stay later so that I can get a bunch of things done, and not have to be on the computer or phone.

Making some of out parts requires "no interuptions".

We prefer to talk to our customers, as we have proven many times over, that we can provide more positive relationships with them, by simply being more helpful than a computer could ever be.

During non business hours, e-mailing a need or questions works very well.

Andy
