White roof coating, 4 questions
Has anyone with a factory coated white roof tried to add another layer with Bus Coat or other insulating coating?

What improvements in cooling, if any, did you experience?

Is this a good long term leak solution for the roof too?

Is any coating superior when it comes to not chalking or flaking or yellowing? Easy maintenance is the goal
