Was optimistic

i had to capitulate due to a variety of issues and make an appt. with dealer to have them re-caulk/seal our 2010,out in the az sun and weather 365 days a year bambi. this is the to do list i came up with: check ac shroud, vent caps skylights for damage or cracks. inspect tv ant., radio ant. and solar panel cables and connections.,inspect sealant around all vents, skylights, fridge if ther is one, tank vent covers, awning rails or any cables where they go through the roof for and cracking or seperation. i got this list out of airstream mag. does this sound like on the right track for the dealer to cover. i want them to all i need and i am lacking in the knowing what i need them to go over dept.. any input would be helpful.

Looks like a complete list! There may be something else, but darned if I can think of it. That being said the next poster will have a list of 20 things.

tanks wxbuoy. i also will have them do around all the lights and exterior extrusions and roof seams. too much? i wish they could just dip the thing in sealant so i would not have to worry about the dreaded worst leak "the leak you don't see". maybe the fire smoke is getting to me.

Had that done last year while replacing the Skylight. Can't think of anything else.

I just had all that and more done. My vent cover wAs getting brittle as was my bathroom vent pipe. I also had all windows sealed and my rope seal things around the window covers in front. He checked for soft spots, gas leaks, my lines were clear of mud daubers and bees.found some stink bugs, repacked bearings. It cost me a lot, but getting on my roof is not an option and my job is. To keep on top of this maintenance. I am pretty sure the two PO did not, so I am playing catchup.
