This leak is driving me nuts

I have a leak in the rear section of our 02 safari. We have sealed every window and roof penetration. I just noticed the the road side upper rear quarter panel is rippled and the rivits appear to be ill fitting and of the shavehead variety, I think it may be a replacement due to plisticoat peeling.
any sugestions on sealing these rivits, I tried some clear coating but no luck.

Leaks are a pain.

You will get more advice. But we use par bond to seal with around seams. Your trailer is so new wonder why and what has caused it to pull away like you stated.

The best material and applicator for the fine job of seam and rivet sealing, IMHO (of course) is Acryl-R. You can get it from the A/S factory store or any dealer. It is what they use at the factory, along with Sikaflex polyurethane for the larger sealing jobs.

It comes with a grease gun type needle-fine trigger applicator and really gets into those small spaces. You might want to search for 'Acryl-R' on the site. You will have a lot of information come up!
