Just brought the Safari home today, waxed it, flushed the plumbing, and went to check the roof. My vent oddly enough is not caulked. I has what appears to be a mortite type material. It did crack, but was easily smoothed out. Still, I looked at my roof vents and such and the caulking is not really doing all that well. I am thinking I have some roof work to do at some point.

Also on a side note, I went around the Safari today with Acryl-R and was astonished to find that a handful of places needed some help. More than I thought I'd see in a 5 year old unit.

Computers manufactured by companies such as IBM, Compaq and millions of others are by far the most popular with about 70 million machines in use worldwide. Macintosh fans note that cockroaches are far more numerous than humans and that numbers alone do not denote a higher life form. -NY Times 11/91
