Seam Sealing Question - Again
There is a piece of - let's call it molding - that runs all along the bottom of the trailer (1973, 31'). Is that decoration, or does it cover a seam that could leak? There is no sign of any sealant ever having been there.

I think it is the beginning/end of the belly pan, and frame edge
