New leak spotted

Wondering if anyone has found the lower trim that goes around the entire unit to cause leaks? I know the trim has a plastic trim insert with double sided tape holding it on, screws holding the trim itself on. So could the screws be the culprit ? Thanks for opinions !! 03 safari 28ft
