looking for Hehr vent cover

We are in need of one Hehr 14"x14" vent cover. The other vent is in good shape and the bathroom fan vent works and is not rusty, we would like to keep this vent but do need a cover for it. Can we buy this cover? Does anyone have an original sitting around that they would part with?

The metal covers are history.

Plastic covers are available, both in milk white and "solar gray."

Solar gray is preferred by many since it lets in a soft gray light, instaed of ther harsh white light.
