I am so happy that this fix also fixed yours. I am sure there are many owners out there that are having the same problem we had with ours. The only rot I have found in the trailer, related to the rear hatches, one on each side. I'm not sure why Mother Ship skipped this area when sealing. Hopefully I will not have this problem in the future, and you can bet I will keep an eye on it from now on.
