Exclamation Leak repair

I just recently had my 2004 Safari repaired for a leak in the right back bottom closet (floor was wet). The dealer did a pressure test and said that they repaired the leak and said I should be leak-free. I brought it home, it rained today and now I have a leak on the floor near the couch under the breaker box and also a drip over the kitchen counter. Could there be a problem from a leak down below since the dealer claims they repaired all leaks from above? The trip to the dealer cost me over $800 for the pressurized test and sealants on the roof and a service to the Airstream itself.

Perhaps the leak in the closet is from a bad sewer vent pipe cover gasket.

Are all of the opening windows latched "very well"?

Hi Surfinsafari...

Thats a cool name. Welcome to the forums..
Sounds like their work is not done. You just spent $800 dollars to have the trailer pressurized and checked but mother nature always finds a way. I would give them a call and advise them of your frustration. In the mean time a dehumidifier with all the drawers and cabinents open would help with excess moisture to minimize any damage to the flooring. Is this trailer new to you or have you owned since new? First time you noticed any leakage? Note the places that you see the leakage and try to do your own inspection of those areas outside where you think the water might be coming in. If the roof was sealed maybe its a window or something attached to the outside skin that needs caulking. Start with the phone call and see what they will do for you.. maybe its a simple reimbursement and you start over with someone else..

Good luck

Vinnie
