Leak detective in Phoenix area

Hello,
We're staying at an RV Park in Mesa for the next couple of weeks. There has been an unusual amount of rain in this area the last couple of months and this has revealed some pretty bad leaks in our 1984 classic Airstream motorhome.

I have not been able to find the source.

Does anyone know of a (hopefully mobile) leak deflection/repair person in the area?

If there is someone really good who is not mobile, I can take the rig to them but me, my wife, and our 130 dog will need to come along.

Help, please!

If you're looking for a good Airstream Service Center, the only choice is Oasis RV in Tucson. The owner, Joe Pershing, is a good guy and has been around since the mid 70's

Don't even bother going to Dillion's RV.

I may need to try that. I wasn't planning to head any further East or South this trip.

Oasis is OK with vintage? Motorhomes?

Yes, very much so. They work on both quite a bit. Tucson isn't that far from Mesa at all, about 90 miles. They are located just off the interstate.

The cool thing about Oasis, besides their expertise, is there's plenty of room to jockey around, unlike the dealer in Mesa.

A mobile RV guy near you is Dan Hensley in Apache Junction. I can't vouch for him and Airstreams but he has been doing RV repairs for years. He is a good guy & could tell you if he feels capable of locating & treating your leak. Remind him not to use silicone. A good choice if you don't want to drive. #480-421-8272.
Of course, you know about Dillons RV in Mesa. They are AS certified. But, I wasn't thrilled with their work on my '72.

If you want to drive, in Bisbee is AS resotorer Wesley Barchenger Toozigoot Trailercoach Restoration Home. Call Wes. He may be able to help you & Bisbee's Shady Dell is an awesome place to hang out for a few days.

Is that the place that has the cool old trailers and even a boat?

Yes, the very place indeed. It is certainly on the MUST see list if you are into vintage. Highly recommend.

While I cannot vouch for their work, Earnhardt's in Mesa uses the Sealtech 430R like I do for my leak testing business.

Good luck,
