Your tail lamp is not the same as my Clipper which is Hella. I believe yours is readily available at any auto jobber. Just take your lens there to buy or order. There should be a name and # on the lens that you can use Goggle to find the source.
The weather strip will probably be available also from the auto jobber (NAPA). Take a sample with you.
Give us some pictures of your unit.
