Help! Water Leak

To All:

I knew when I purchased my TW last year that it had had a water leak at the left rear of the trailer. It was bad because it had rotted out part of the floor. The recent monsoons show that the leak is still very active (see photos from the following link):

The good news is that at least it is on the left side, so there is some access. If it were on the right side it would be under the shower and that area is not accessable. The other good news is that I know how to repair the floor. However, I would appreciate any help that can be offered in locating the leak and how to stop the leak. Thanks.
