HELP!! how to replace glass on 62 Bambi?

I just brought home our 1962 Bambi yesterday. Today my wife decided to air it out and only cranked one side of the window and the window glass broke. It is the street side window, made of flat glass. Could anyone give me some quick advice on how to remove the window, remove the rubber bead on the outside and replace the glass. We have rain coming and are planning on leaving for the Trailer Jam in a couple days.
