First leak!

we have a 2007 safari and had our first leak this weekend. We live in high desert and store the a.s.in covered area. We visited the oregon coast which was showery. The leak was small and about 12 inches in from the curb side edge of the rear center window comming out between the window frame and the interior skin running down the screen. There are rear running lights and the windows on the end cap... where and how would you start to run down the leak??
