Exterior holes?

I have yet again another question. What do you plug holes with? I've got several old screw holes up front, so we put screws with rubber washers in them. There's a larger hole where the TV wire goes in that I need to do something with. We're going to pull the antenna thing off the top and get rid of the wire. So what do I do about that hole? It's got a plastic part that the wire goes into.

Rivets are a good choice for small holes. Larger holes may require a patch.
