Eternaseam

Has anyone out there used Eternaseam on their roof to seal fans, vents and skylights? If so, what has been the experience - good and/or bad?

I am in the process of installing new fantastic fan in rear , installed new front one last summer do not like the caulking been thinking about using Eternabond . Have searched forum can not find much info on it . Have to agree on other threads, original factory install of fans very poor job . from the hack and slash of cutting the original hole to not using proper gasket ,per fantastic fan using caulking under fan frame A no no, overtightened original screws plastic trim cracked not using stainless screws ,old screws rusty, these our top of the line trailers . This is ridiculous .Also the rear fan is mounted to 1 cross member it should be boxed in to frame very easy from factory .Don't even get me started on The factory skylight.Has anyone used the tape for new install of fan.
