Entrance Door hinge water leak??
I have a leak that shows up on the floor just to the left of the main door when entering. I found this during my flooring project.
I can still access the area from the fridge access door to see if it still gets wet.
This past year, I have:
Replaced all vent gaskets
Replaced all window/door seals
Re-vulkemed refer vent
Re-vulkemed fridge access door frame
After a decent rain, the floor gets wet.
So yesterday, I used gutter seal where the door hinge meets the skin. It hasn't rained yet so I don't know if thats it but I doubt it.
Next I'll hit the awning rail again.
Took FOUR tries to get this posted!

Leaks
Tim, you might want to look at my thread about the rebuild of my '73. Look towards the end for a post on leaks. I've found several small leaks around the door. If you need better pictures or more explanation, let me know. Good luck. Jim

got a tv antenna? mine was leaking like a sieve, and it is straight up-hill from that area. I had the same wet-spot in the same location. haven't checked it since I capped off this leak, but I'm betting that's where it was coming from.

Yep I got one. I don't think it works. Maybe worth just removing it.
I have been trying to figure out what around the area would cause the leak. But based on your and Jim's feedback, looks like I need to hit the roof and just go over everything.
I might look into purchasing Acryl-R from the airstream website.

yeah, it looks like you've got an old skyliner, like mine. the tip-off was finding water in the crank-handle one morning after a heavy rain. in light rain, it wasn't obvious, but I bet it was coming in, and sloooowly trickling down the walls.
I had put a bead of par-bond around the mounting plate when I was up on the roof. and it wasn't leaking from there, or the rivets. it was coming in the crank-shaft. there are o-rings in there that have failed, I guess. I haven't attempted to disassemble it, yet...not much point if I can't get replacement parts...and it doesn't appear that I can. bummer, too, as I like the "look" of the old skyliner on our old trailers. those new high-tech-lookin' one's...they just don't look right. and the skyliner "worked" just fine. But getting the thing out proved to be a task and a half. I wound up having to cut the crank shaft, because the crank handle was frozen to it. would not come off for anything.
I took down the center ceiling panel to see just what was happening up there...I was thinking of running new cable to the antenna, if that turned out not to be the source of the leak. (as you know, where you see the leak on the inside doesn't always correspond to where the water is getting in). had the wife hose-down the roof, while I looked from inside, and the water was just streaming down the crank shaft. So, I just drilled out the pop rivets on the mounting plate, and put a patch over the hole for now. (was in a hurry...toward the end of last season...had to get it water-tight before the snow). This spring, I have to decide whether I want to try and "fix" the skyliner, replace it with the modern equivalent, or permanently patch the hole.

Antenna leak
Chuck,
If you are not going to use the old antenna, I would be interested in purchase ing it for parts. Mine doesn't spread open when it is cranked up. The dipole pieces (plastic) have all broken. Let me Know.

Chuck,
Thanks. That sounds like a plan. Keep me in mind.
When I first got our AS I saw the parts on e-bay. At that time I didn't know what they were called . After going through all the stuff from PO , I figured out what I needed and of course it was too late. Keep watching though.
Hope your new antenna looks great. LOL!
